This poster was made for the Senior Art Exhibition in the Coburn Gallery the Worner Student Center. It's a pretty cool show--each year all of the art majors submit a few of their works and the curators of the space (they're really the glue of the whole exhibition) do an amazing job at putting together a collaborative show. Here are some photos of the process and the final results.
The edition is one hundred 11x17" two color linoleum block prints, with an orange as the base color and brown for the cut. I printed a special edition of forty on vellum, and the remaining sixty are on cement green french paper.
Prints on the drying rack.
Vellum posters...what?!
Both styles of paper compared.
